  • Our sizing is custom and made with all your FiThickness in mind, but please make sure you’re ordering the proper size according to our size selections. 

2. SUBSCRIBE TO OUR MAILING LIST

  • Because our items are custom, limited styles and quantities are available.
  • We send out email alerts ONLY when we are
        • releasing new items
        • restocking
        • having a sale.

3. Take a look around.See something you like but it’s sold out? DON'T SKIP IT!

  • Choose your size anyway.  There will be a box that pops up to tell you to subscribe to receive an email alert when THAT SPECIFIC item restocks.

4. Why should you sign up for email alerts?

  • This HELPS us TO know the popularity of the item.
  • It lets us know whether or not it’s worth restocking.
  • It helps us know IF we restock, what sizes are needed.

5. Well, I have done #4 and I’ve never received an email, why not?

  • Not enough people subscribed to restock.
  • Item may be out of season or discontinued

6. I have done #4, received the restock email but the item was out of stock, why?

  • RUN!!!,Don’t wait. Once you get the email, ACT IMMEDIATELY…LOL. These FiThickums DO NOT PLAY!!!
  • You will need to subscribe to email alerts again if this happens.

7. What is Snack Pass and how to I become a member?

  • Snack Pass is our VIP paid membership.We have set our cap at 25 Snack Pass members.Once or if we reach our limit, we may close enrollment until a Snack Pass member cancels OR WHEN/IF THE CAP IS LIFTED

8. How do I know if Snack Pass Enrollment is open or closed?

  • As of December 2019, our enrollment is closed.If and when we re-open enrollment, an email will be sent to you as long as you subscribed to our mailing list.

10. Backorder and Preorder Items

  • These items are normally open for a 2-3 day order window. SOMETIMES 5-7 DAYS. 
    • Example: Friday-Sunday
  • These orders are sent into the manufacturer by C.O.B on the next business day after the order window closes. 
  • Turn around time can take up to 21 to 25 BUSINESS DAYS 
    • Weekends and holidays NOT included.
  • Orders that include a backorder or preorder item(S), may be delayed until all items are received (unless a separate order is placed)
