HOW PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING WORKS

EVERY DETAIL YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT HOW LONG YOUR PURCHASE WILL TAKE HAS BEEN OUTLINED HERE. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. 

Below you will find an EXAMPLE OF ESTIMATED Production and Shipment time for PRE-ORDERED AND BACKORDERED SALES!

    • PRODUCTION MAY NOT TAKE THIS LONG.
    • WE ASK THAT YOU GIVE THE FULL EXTENSION OF TIME BEFORE INQUIRING ABOUT YOUR PURCHASE.
  • IF YOU AREN’T COMFORTABLE WITH WAITING THE EXTENDED PERIOD OF TIME, PLEASE ONLY PURCHASE ITEMS IN STOCK (if available). 

PRE/BACK ORDER DATE: NOV 17TH

*ALL ORDERS GO IN AT ONCE. MAKE SURE DURING A SALE THE DATE FOR PRODUCTION IS ACKNOWLEDGED.

NOTE: HOLIDAYS AND WEEKENDS ARE NOT PRODUCTION DAYS EVEN THOUGH THEY ARE SALE DAYS.


BASED OFF OF A 14 DAY PRODUCTION TIME: THIS IS HOW LONG IT TAKES FOR MERCHANDISE TO BE PRODUCE, NOT RECEIVED.

PRODUCTION DOESN’T COMPLETE UNTIL DEC 15TH.

ESTIMATED TIME FOR YOU TO EXPECT YOUR PURCHASE: DEC 29TH

    • Please Allow *21 BUSINESS DAYS for BACKORDER/PRE-ORDER PRODUCTION (excluding weekends and holidays). Items will then be shipped to home office within 24-48 Business Hours after production is complete and received to the home office within 2-3 days!
    • Once Merchandise has been received by the home office, it has to be sorted and counted by Style and Size quantities. After this process is complete items will then be sorted and picked in the order in which orders were received. This process can take up to 48 business hours. 
    • IF ITEMS IN STOCK ARE PURCHASED WITH A PRE-ORDERED OR BACKORDERED ITEMS, THIS COULD DELAY SHIPMENT OF ITEMS IN STOCK.
  • Once merchandise is RECEIVED, SORTED and PACKAGED FOR SHIPMENT, your tracking information will be emailed to the email provided at point of purchase.

*Note: During the Peak season of Shipping (Christmas and New Year’s Holidays) and Peak season for Fitness (Jan-May) Items may take longer to receive. Unfortunately at this time we don’t have a private manufacturer so our orders are submitted along with other companies that are producing as well.

Shipping:

Items are shipped USPS First Class Mail and Priority Mail.

Tracking numbers will be sent to the email provided once they have been generated.   If items are shipped to the wrong address provided by the customer, or are shown as delivered by tracking, these items will not be replaced and resent.  A new order and payment will need to be placed for another shipment.

Please ensure you have provided the correct shipping address when placing your order. We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.

  • International Shipping:  Unavailable at this time
